Application Process for Room Rentals

1. In-Person Viewing: We prefer that all potential renters visit the room in person before submitting an application. This ensures you get a true sense of the space and surroundings.

2. Application Form: If you are interested in moving forward after the viewing, please fill out the application form provided below. 

3. Credit/Background Check: Upon approval of your application, you will be required to complete a credit and background check. This check is conducted through TransUnion SmartMove and costs $50, which you will pay directly to SmartMove. 

Move-In Costs

To move in, the total cost in advance will be one month's rent plus half of one month's rent as a refundable security deposit. This amount is due prior to move-in and ensures the reservation of your room.
